This item is the real deal. Let me tell you this, within a day or two of receiving it, it made me vomit, I believe the reason for this is because spirit was telling me to stop overeating (I was overeating due to a stresfull time I was experiencing) since then this product has me more mindful of how much I am eating as well as the quality of food I am ingesting. It is absolutely amazing!!! I look forward to the future effects of this weight loss jar because I FEEL CONFIDENT that it will assist my weight loss goal.
